“body rock” collage for lurve magazine…
a very nice lady named lyna contacted me earlier this week from lurve magazine in europe and asked if i would be interested in contributing to their next issue. the selected theme is “beyond the body perfect” which i thought quite interesting. so i proposed to write an essay and also felt inspired to create a collage to accompany the text. below is the result.

must read: the oral history of disco by lisa robinson…
if the thought of tiger woods repulses you as much as it does me here’s a lesson in practicing the whole ‘don’t judge a magazine by its cover’ theory. lisa robinson’s literary account for this month’s vanity fair on the history of disco (BOOGIE NIGHTS) and its roots have inspired me to no end. definitely worth reserving a good 20 minutes out of your day to give the little lady respect where its due. and check this epic image below: giorgio moroder poolside in beverly hills circa 1979.
