viva anjelica!!

IMG_3814

Yesterday I was thrilled to discover the news that Anjelica Huston – aka my all-time favorite person interviewed during my days in Los Angeles – has written a book and its debuting in November. I’ve already purchased copies online for Christmas presents and wholeheartedly encourage anyone interested in giving (or receiving) a gift with pizzazz to do the same. Vanity Fair just released an awe-inspiring 61-minute excerpt of “A Story Lately Told: Coming of Age in Ireland, London, and New York” read by the woman herself. Mega-inspiring stuff! The shot of her above is one of my favourite party snapshots, taken at an event in Beverly Hills shortly before I left America. When I introduced myself and told her I was the one that interviewed her via telephone the week before she obligingly posed with the equally fabulous Kelly Lynch, and then gave me a warm hello hug. That’s Anjelica! Listen to her stories here (and then buy the book): http://www.vanityfair.com/online/oscars/2013/10/listen-anjelica-huston-reads-new-memoir
