this friday eve in melbourne…

because i’m a great believer in dancing through life (literally) and if you’re not on a dance floor frequently enough then you’re not connecting the dots, dear readers. having returned to australia following a decade abroad, this wkend reflects one of my deciding factors in coming home: being back in the company of a certain someone responsible for educating a LOT of people residing in a sleepy town named adelaide for the past thirty years. i’m a product of THIS generation, and so if any of you are in melbourne this friday, please join me in witnessing the brilliance. HMC fever forevermore..

oh diana!!!

i’ve been talking about this for many, many months and so on the weekend, as melbourne was hit with wildly hot weather (37 degrees and counting), i embraced air conditioning and a screening room for 86 minutes and devoured THIS documentary and a choc-top ice cream. if you appreciate my blog then chances are – i hope – you will be inspired by this wonderful woman and her witty take on publishing, fashion, surfing, romance and so much more.
