mca goodness…

pellegrini lovin’…

pellegrini’s is an oldschool, ultra-authentic trattoria located in the heart of melbourne with the best-ever coffee on the planet. sisto is the man in charge – i complimented him on his purple shirt and he asked me to go steady. i’m not kidding. that’s his mother cooking in the kitchen. at first she didn’t want to take her photo but then i spoke some italian to her and she posed. bless. there’s no website (surprise surprise) but if you can, go to 66 bourke street in the city to experience it for yourself. put simply: you haven’t been to melbourne if you haven’t been to pellegrini’s.

**don’t ask me why this person is giving a caffe latte the finger…
