last night i saw the new jason reitman film “young adult” and this morning my stomach hurts from laughing so much. go see it — its written by the ultra-talented diablo cody and in addition to being beyond funny also features one of the most awkward sex scenes. ever. i snapped this picture of jason reitman two years ago at the golden globes (he won for “juno”) and remember it primarily because after i took the shot – and i photographed many winners that night – he was the only one who bothered to ask if i’d like a shot posing with his award. nice guy, huh? and so here i am, posing like an utter dork. eh voila, every photograph is a story about a story…

what can i say? the man’s a legend. and i even got to watch him meditate!! the david lynch foundation recently announced they would donate one million dollars to teach transcendental meditation to war veterans, a move which is already dramatically decreasing levels of post-traumatic stress for personnel on military base camps and their families. share the love people, david lynch strikes again!
